The room was fairly quiet with satellite TV, central heating, and an individual safe.

Located close to the frozen lake and with stunning views, the hotel offers a fantastic experience for families with kids. The spacious rooms, large beautiful bathrooms, and courteous service add value to your stay. The elaborate breakfast provides an excellent start to your day, and the gym and spa pool are well-organized. However, the prices at the Japanese restaurant are mispriced.

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a breathtaking area, near the Badrutt's Palace, Chesa Veglia, and the train station. Booked a room with magnificent views. The staff were exceptionally attentive people from every Badrutt's staff member. The location was comfy. We could reach a night club by walking.

The staff here are well-organized, the room is spacious and newly renovated with air conditioning and modern amenities, and the view is just perfect.

This hotel had excellent amenities and was definitely worth the price. The staff were all accommodating and even provided pick-up service from the train station. They also gave us a complimentary ride to and from the shops in town. The pool and spa area were highlights, as well as the concierge service and breakfast. The attention to detail from all the staff was exceptional.

The breakfast is a true delight, with a harpist serenading guests as they indulge in a variety of delicious options. The outdoor hot tub of the spa offers a soothing experience to unwind and the King Club provides a nostalgic ambiance that takes you back in time.

The bed was bombastic. The breakfast was fantastic, we tried the restaurant in the club which was very good, and the restaurant Ignyv was just as great with many new surprises.

The food in the Japanese restaurant was also very good, the price-performance ratio unfortunately not at all right

The hotel itself exudes a classical luxury charm, reminding me of the elegance portrayed in Agatha Christie novels. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities such as the pool and spa area were top-notch. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering both buffet and a la carte choices. The location of the hotel on Lake St. Moritz provided stunning views and added to the overall charm of this city.
